Code that belongs to you
We hand over the developed code repository, tests and documentation. Your team or another provider can maintain it. Third-party components and services retain their own licences.
Architecture built to last
The system is tested, monitored and documented. You receive logs, alerts and a recovery plan, plus a five-year sustainability plan to prepare future changes.
The agreed price stays fixed
If we underestimate the agreed work, we absorb the extra cost. If you add a requirement, we price it in a written amendment before building it.

We also use orchestrators such as n8n when they fit the requirement, with exportable automations and controlled hosting. The choice between code and a platform depends on scope, running costs and handover conditions.
Data and operations
Where does your data go?
We distinguish storage locations from the services that process your data. These choices are agreed with you before production.
Hosting agreed with you
We offer Scaleway hosting in France and can deploy in your environment. Hosting and model processing locations are specified separately in the agreement.
Privacy by design
Access rights, data minimization and traceability are defined around your organization’s requirements.
Requests are not retained
For sensitive processing, model selection includes Zero Data Retention for requests.
Source code handed over
The developed code comes with its history, tests and documentation for future maintenance.
The limits of our support
For health data, we design and deploy the architecture with an HDS-certified host in France. Ailix is not itself an HDS-certified hosting provider.
We work during business hours. We deliver monitoring, logs and alerts, but do not provide continuous on-call support. Any need for continuous availability must be addressed when defining the project.
Some models operate outside Europe. The briefing note specifies which models, for which processing and under which conditions. You approve these choices before production.
You choose who takes over
You receive the code history, tests, architecture documentation and deployment scripts. Before production, we check that another team can take over the system.
Continue with us, maintain it internally or appoint another provider. Our involvement remains the one you chose in the contract.
