Ten years of consulting, and systems he builds himself.

He started in AI in 2016, at a startup building predictive algorithms to catch bookmakers out. Ten years on, he runs Ailix Consulting and still writes part of the code that ships. That is what keeps his roadmaps honest on cost and on schedule.

Along the way, in 2018, he founded a data protection consultancy. Some thirty organisations trust it with their compliance, from the city of Montélimar to TotalEnergies. The question he asks there is already the one AI raises : where does the data go, and who gets to read it.

He teaches AI and GDPR at university level, at the DJCE in Montpellier, at MOMA and ESEQ, and at Montpellier Business School. He takes the stage, from the French Interior Ministry's AI show to the Zénith, in front of 3,500 people. In 2025 he ran the workshops reserved for CEOs in the programme « 2025 : IA, on accélère ! », with Leader Occitanie and the Occitanie Region.

The kind of profiles large groups fight over, who ship on their own what others subcontract to three. That level is what holds a deadline without giving ground on security or maintainability. They chose to commit to SMEs and mid-caps, where an AI system that works changes the game.
