Transport & logistics
Compare budgets, contractual commitments and actual results in one place.
A transport group with over €200 million in revenue. Designed for around 200 employees.
Budgets in spreadsheets, manually compiled reports and scattered contracts: management had to reconcile the figures before making decisions.
The platform automatically consolidates the group’s figures to identify discrepancies. Teams can also ask an AI assistant questions about their data in natural language.

What we built
We connected accounting, purchasing, payroll and operational data with the group’s contracts. The platform supports budgeting, tracks revisions and checks amounts exchanged between subsidiaries. For each public contract, it compares signed commitments, budgets and actual results.
Teams compare contractual commitments, budgets and actuals in one platform. Budget assumptions are versioned, intercompany discrepancies trigger alerts and the AI assistant queries data in read-only mode with role-based access and logging.
How the gains were estimated
Reporting: 160 days/year. Budgeting: 144. Intercompany checks: 36. Contract monitoring: 120. AI assistant: 685. The total assumes 7 hours per day, valued at €44/hour, and 220 working days per full-time position.
1,145 × 7 h × 44 € = 352,660 € / year
Estimated three-year ROI : (€1,057,980 − €127,500) / €127,500 = 730%.
Theoretical payback: 4.3 months, if the estimated gains are achieved. This excludes hosting, model usage and maintenance costs.
